Shipping Policy
Shipping Information
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide)
We offer two convenient delivery options for customers within Australia: Standard Shipping and Local Pick-Up.
- Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days
- Cost: $15.95 – $60 (based on order weight)
Local Pick-Up
At checkout, please select Shipping, then choose the Local Pick-Up option to collect your order.
Important Information
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays. While we always aim to meet estimated timeframes, some delays may be outside of our control.

Returns Or Faulty Items
Refund & Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned.
However, we do provide refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or if any items are missing from your order.
Sale Items
All sale items are final. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, including during promotional events.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact our support team within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, please email us with clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the images and determine whether the item is faulty.
If your item is confirmed as faulty, we will:
- Provide a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
- Offer a store credit or refund if the item is unavailable
Please note that we are unable to accept fault claims submitted after the 5-day period.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued in the form of a unique discount code, redeemable on our website.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
